THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS GREAT ATTENDANCE AWARD – PRESENTED BY GATORADE

1. Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, Gatorade Great Attendance entrants must 1) reside in the KVCW/KVMY viewing area, 2) be a currently enrolled as a high school student and over the age of 14, at one of the High Schools (as defined below), AND 3) have achieved Perfect Attendance in the first 9 weeks (October 26). Perfect Attendance shall be defined as a student's full attendance every school day from August 24, 2009 - 2009 to October 26, 2009 without interruption.

Participating High Schools: Chaparral High School, Silverado High School, Centennial High School, Arbor View High School, Foothill High School, Palo Verde High School, Del Sol High School, Las Vegas High School, Desert Oasis High School, Gormon High School, Legacy High School, Cimarron High School, Valley High School, Desert Pines High School, Rancho High School, Basic High School, Green Valley High School and Spring Valley High School (collectively, the "High Schools").

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station KVCW/KVMY (the "Station"), the High Schools, Gatorade and Terrible Herbst (the "Sponsor"), their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

2. How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish. Authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number associated with the entry is considered the entrant.

(b) To enter, between October 26, 2009 and November 3, 2009 text the keyword GATORADE to the short code 58447. Standard text messaging rates apply to all text message entries sent. Station is not responsible if text message is not received, or for server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.

(c) On or about November 3, 2009, two (2) Gatorade Great Attendance winners will be randomly selected from among the entries. The Gatorade Great Attendance winners will be announced November 6, 2009, during the last TNL game.

(d) All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. The Prize(s)

(a). Each winner will receive a check in the amount of $500.00.

(b). Winners will be announced November 6, 2009, during the last TNL game and notified by phone. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within five (5) days of notification. If a winner is a minor, then the winner's parents or guardian must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility before the winner receives his or her prize. Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes and provide proof of perfect attendance from Clark County School District and confirmed by the Station. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

(c). If a winner cannot be notified within five (5) days or does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. An alternate winner will be chosen from among remaining valid entries.

(d). There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes.

(e). The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

(f). Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any one-hundred and eighty (180) day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.

(g). Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

(h). Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

(i). In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Media II, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

5. Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

(a). Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.

(b). Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at KVCW/KVMY, 3830 S. Jones, Las Vegas, NV 89103 and on the Station's websites at www.mylvtv.com/gatoradeRules.html. Station reserves the right in their sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry.

(c). For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to KVCW/KVMY, c/o "Prize Winners-Great Attendance" 3830 S. Jones, Las Vegas, NV 89103 by November 27, 2009. Names of minors will not be fully disclosed.

(d). This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Gatorade and Terrible Herbst, accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

(e). Stations cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. Station is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.

(f). Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.

(g) Mobile service provider may charge for each text message sent and received according to its standard text messaging rates. Entrants should check phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions and consult with mobile service provider regarding pricing plans. Entrants must be a mobile service subscriber with text messaging service, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all mobile phone providers carry the necessary service to participate.
